Stuffed pita


what’s best for lunch and dinner? stuffed fresh pita with some stir fry beef Kebab mix with onions and aromatic spices and a lemon Tahini.

So for that I need one pita bread cut in half, two to three tbs, of home made Tahini about 150 grams of mix of ground beef with veal and lamb. 1 tsp. of olive oil and aromatic spices: Cumin, Turmeric, Ras El Chanoot, smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Stir fry one chopped medium white onion with 1 garlic clove until golden brown. Add the spices and the ground beef. Fry until brown. taste for salt and pepper.

Cut the pita in half and spread some Tahini and add half of the ground beef mixture on each half.

French fries do as you like, my favorite is homemade with the skin and some Cayenne pepper and lemon zest.
