Empanadas with chicken and Brie
Fried Empanadas is a great snack and easy to make. I use a pizza dough with different stuffing. This one is a combination I ate in Paris and a guest in a friend’s house. Brie Cheese with roasted chicken breast and chili pepper flakes with a Dijon mustard dip.
100 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes
50 grams of any Brie cheese cut into byte size
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp of chili flakes
1 tbs. chopped coriander
1 tsp of soy sauce mix with 1 tsp. of chili sauce
Fry the chicken breast with all the ingredients excluded the Brie cheese.
Make small rounds of dough and stuff with chicken and Brie and shape to Empanadas
Fry in Canola oil until golden brown.
Serve with Dijon mustard dip
