Taboule salad with Arisa

One of my favorite salad, homemade Tahini, Arisa and roasted pine nuts.

This is a fresh salad with mint, parsley, coriander, purple onions fresh lemon juice and olive oil.


1/2 cup of Bulgur soaked in hot water

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup of chopped, parsley, coriander and mint

1 small purple onion chopped

1 tsp. Arisa

1 tbs. of homemade Tahini sauce

Mix Bulgur with herbs and onion, salt and pepper, chopped onion, lemon juice and olive oil

Top with Tahini, Arisa and pine nuts.

Homemade Tahini:

2 tbs of raw Tahini

salt to taste

1/2 fresh lemon

Ice Cold water

Nix all together until smooth, taste for salt.
