Stuffed shortbread dough with chicken balls

Its a lunch time inspiration for a finger food, I like to eat with a glass of a good Chardonnay.

Savory shortbread dough covers a minced of chicken breast with some chopped onions and coriander. Rolled like a Ping Pong ball size and coated with sesame seeds. Baked in the oven until golden brown.

It comes with herbs Aioli dressing.

 

 

Step 1: Stuff the dough with the minced chicken breast mixture and bake

Step 2: slice it in half

Step 3: add the Yogurt dressing

Step 4: Enjoy
