Foccacia with stuffed beef Roullade

Saturday, quite and sunny day, filling to roast and create a new version of Foccacia.

I walked to one of the local deli in my neighborhood and bought this smoked beef cold cut. Open my refrigerator and saw some mushrooms and Kalamata olives and left over green Tahini.

Homemade Foccacia with smoked paprika and dry oregano.
