Middle Eatstern,Indian beef pastry
Sunny day, seating for a coffee at my local cafe and thinking what to cook for a meeting with one of my best friend a very talented fashion designer. I always have to challenge him with different flavors and new cuisine, so I am going back home to cook this this baked meat Middle Eastern fusion Indian meat pastry with a side of my spicy cream of tomatoes.
100 grams of mix minced beef and veal.
Small chopped green pepper, small chopped red pepper, medium size white onion chopped, 1 garlic clove minced, salt and black pepper to taste, 1/8 tsp of: Turmeric, Cumin and Garam Masala. 1 tsp. of olive oil and some dry herbs for topping the dough.
Any pizza dough you wish to use and about small size of a pizza pan.
Heat a non stick pan and fry the onion and the two peppers until soft. Add the minced beef and fry until brown. Spice it and let it cool.
Kneed the two rounds of dough and place one on a baking paper, top with the beef mixture and top it with the other dough. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle dry herbs.
Bake in 180C. until golden brown.
